Hoult Homes is a family run independent estate agency based in the beautiful village of Silverdale. The idea for Hoult Homes came from wanting to bring together a love of the countryside and country homes to create an estate agency that feels local, thoughtful and beautifully presented.

Having lived in Silverdale for over 15 years, we know these villages not simply as places on a map, but as home - from quiet country lanes to hidden woodland walks. We understand what makes living in the countryside so special and that local understanding shapes everything we do.

We have a genuine love for countryside homes and care deeply about presenting them beautifully and thoughtfully, in a way that celebrates each individual home. From beautifully composed photography to magazine-style brochures, every detail is intentional and considered.
